Our personal fitness/ boxing training works on a variable timetable on weekdays to suit your needs. However, we do have two set days each week during which you can schedule training sessions:

Fitness Training Fees
- 2 sessions/ week: $180/ month
- Unlimited sessions: $220/ month
- Private training: $65/ hour
- Drop-in: $25 for one person, $40 for two people
*Minimum 3 month commitment is required for all programs. GST applies to all fees.
