Schedule & Fees

Our personal fitness/ boxing training works on a variable timetable on weekdays to suit your needs. However, we do have two set days each week during which you can schedule training sessions:

Friday 9:30 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday 9:30 am - 7:00 pm

Fitness Training Fees

  • 2 sessions/ week: $140/ month
  • 3 sessions/ week: $180/ month
  • Private training: $50/ hour
  • Drop-in: $25 for one person, $30 for two people 

Boxing Training Fees

  • 2 sessions/ week: $140/ month
  • 3 sessions/ week: $180/ month
  • Private training: $50/ hour

*Minimum 3 month commitment is required for all programs. GST applies to all fees.
