There's never more than 8 people per class, so you'll always get the focused training and instruction you would expect from a personal trainer.
Couples' & Just for Ladies Personal Fitness Classes
As a boxer, Louis has seen how macho attitudes can turn people off of training. He strives to maintain a supportive, non-macho atmosphere in all his classes, but if you prefer, you also have the option to join ladies only or couples’ classes.

Louis provides 3 types of workouts to give you a complete fitness program: strength, cardio, and boxing / kickboxing. Strength workouts improve your muscular endurance and give you that toned look that everyone loves. Cardio workouts help you lose weight, develop your endurance, and increase your metabolism.
