Our youth boxing & conditioning classes are a great way for boys and girls to get fit. It combines boxing techniques, strength and cardio conditioning, all mixed together with Louis's energy and enthusiasm. Our youth boxing classes in Richmond BC currently has room for new students. Anyone 12 - 16 years of age is welcome to come try a class for free to see if it fits their needs.
